There is this unspoken rule in some places that once you are photographed in something, you should never be pictured in it again. I will be the first to tell you that I totally disagree with that fashion faux pas. Purchasing clothing can become very expensive and because of it, I am very cautious of what I spend my hard earned money on. I try my best to get pieces that I can wear many different ways such a this simple little graphic t-shirt. I adored the colors and the fit so much that I wanted to style it two different way. Originally I paired it with a pair of highwaist denim jeans and heels. I originally enjoyed how it was styled with the skirt in the store that I decided to mimic the look adding a hat and handbag. I really enjoyed both ways they were styled. Which is way is your favorite?
The ruffles and strips on this skirt were such a cute flair on a traditional maxi skirt. This entire outfit is from the Eva Mendes Collection at New York & Company. As I have stated in a previous post, I am really impressed with each collection that she has come out with so far. The skirt runs a little big so I got it in a size 12. I actually could have gotten into a size 10 but I wanted to have room in the tummy area. The t-shirt is actually very soft . I got it in a size large which fit perfectly. I completed this look with a straw hat, heels and my favorite bag of the moment. If you like this look outfit details are below. Until next post ttyl.
