Bet you never thought you’d see the day that wearing your pajamas in public would actually be a thing but the day is here. It took me a minute to officially jump on the bandwagon but I am a total fan now. Who wouldn’t love jumping out of bed, throwing on some accessories and starting your day. I wish it was that easy but you get the drift. You do not have to necessarily purchase a pair of pajamas to pull this trend off. Fortunately for us, many stores carry pajama inspired looks that you can purchase.
One rule of thumb to keep in mind if you decided to wear the pajama trend is to find a style that works for you. If you do not want to wear a pajama top and bottom you can always break the pairing up. You can wear only the top with a nice pair of jeans. You can also wear the pants with a nice blouse as well. For warmer weather try a pajama short set. Satin shorts and top are perfect for a night out when paired with heels.
I purchased this set from Target in the sleepwear department. I thought the color was beautiful and the white trim was a nice bonus to this look. I paired it with clear sandals and a beautiful clutch that I got from a local designer. Whether you like the trend or not, one thing is for sure, you no longer have to worry about others judging you for wearing your pjs out in public.
