Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking sufficient water boosts your metabolism and helps the body properly break down food. Water is a detoxifier that helps to flush out toxins and get rid of waste primarily through sweat and urine.

Eat Clean

Consistently eating clean foods fill your body with plentiful vitamins and minerals , high-quality protein and healthy fats, which improve heart and brain health, assist with weight management, build stronger immune system and increases energy levels, among other benefits. {Vitamin.com}

 

Eliminate Alcohol

Eliminating or reduces alcohol consumption can increase your chances of losing weight. He cal also lower your cancer risk, boost your heart health, and even have better sex when you stop drinking.

Dress the Part

Many people that are not skinny feel that can not wear sexy workout clothing. That can not be furthest from the truth. Wearing nice, form fitting work out gear exactly makes you feel better about working out. Wearing big baggy pants and oversized t-shirts actually make your appear to be bigger than you actually are. Select work attire that you love and are comfortable with. I am not saying to wear a sport bra and short shorts if you are not yet comfortable with your body. What I am saying is wearing something you wouldn’t  mind wearing in public like that mall or the grocery store. Confidence is key.
