By now it should come at no surprise as to how much I adore the Who What Wear brand at Target. It is cute, affordable and many of the pieces are timeless. With the exception on my accessories, this entire look is from the brand. Hope you are having a great weekend! It has been a very hectic few weeks for me so pardon my absence from the blog. I am playing catch up as we speak. From traveling, to working and moving all at the same time, this girl is in need of a vacation. Speaking of work, this look is definitely work appropriate. In fact, I think it is a cool twist to the traditional pant suits we have grown to love, or hate. This entire look, minus the heels, are from one of my favorites . You guest it,

Let me start off by saying how much I love gingham. It definitely was not love at first sight. In fact, it was the total opposite. When I use to see this pattern the first thing that came to mind was picnic table, but since it has become so popular, gingham has grown on me and I now own quite a few pieces in different colors. I scored this gingham top from SheIn and I immediately fell in love with it. The balloon sleeves attracted me to it, and lets not forget

I am totally having a moment with denim jackets. Within the last month I have purchased at least 4 of them. Denim is what I consider a comfy classic. You can dress denim up or down and from jeans to jackets, denim is definitely my go to piece. You rarely catch me in short skirts but as of late, I have been having a moment with them as well. I totally hate showing my legs so I try to avoid them at all cost but hey, it is hot

TuTu’s are so fun to wear. Every time I wear one it puts me in such a good mood. They always gives me the Carrie Bradshaw moment every women wish they could have. I also adore off the shoulder shirts. To me, shoulders are one of the sexiest parts of your body. I know this might come off a little weird but to me they really are. I thought this Zara off the shoulder shirt was a perfect choice to pair with this tutu. Because they never disappoint, I paired

The 90s were definitely some of my most favorite times growing up. I loved the music, the movies but most of all I loved the fashion. The 90s were all about baggy clothing and lots of color. When I saw this jacket I immediately had to buy it, the oversized sleeves and construction of the jacket screams 90s R&B group. Athleisure was popular last season and I don’t see it fading away this season at all. These WhoWhatWear track pants are prefect with sneaker or heels. I opted to wear

Black on Black

From watching the very entertaining Oscars (anyone see the very awkward mix up) to catching the Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans, it is safe to say that I had an awesome weekend. Unfortunately, I am paying for it today. It is nothing Advil and a pair of sunglasses can’t fix. Shades are the perfect accessory, you can put them on to give and outfit the extra pop that you are looking for. These are defiantly one of my favorite pair. The bold lens and cat eye structure makes them

Have you ever had a day that you put little to no effort into an outfit but somehow it worked? That is actually what happened when I decided to wear this outfit. With the weather in Houston being so up and down, I always layer or wear something really light so that it is easy for me to cool down or occasionally, warm up. Funny story about this outfit, I went to Walmart to pick up some Valentine’s Day candy and I saw this sweater on a $5 clearance

The weather in Houston will not cooperate with my winter wardrobe and I am not too pleased about it. I will say, it had not detoured me from wearing jackets and sweaters, even if it is 80 degrees outside. (Don’t judge me !) I have had this jacket stored for over a year so I decided, if I don’t wear it now, I probably never will.  Love them or hate them, mules are making a comeback this season. I have to admit, I hated them growing up. What did I
