How to Transition an Outfit from Day to Night

Lets face it, this day and age we barely have time to pick up groceries, let alone think about what we want to wear each day. My life has become so busy it would take me forever to drive all the way home in Houston traffic just to change clothing for an event or a night out on the town. This is way I try my best to find pieces that I can wear both day and night by adding or subtracting certain things from my outfit. Because I do this switch up in my car, I like to find items that are easy to put on or take off. Case in point, this beautiful pink suit that I scored for a steal of a deal. Besides the vibrant color, I totally love the fact the this suit is so light weight which is perfect for the warmer weather. So that I am comfy when I am running errands I paired this suit with a pair of casual sneakers and a simple light weight t-shirt. Like I said, I am a girl on the go and I am all about convenience so by simply adding a pair of heels, removing the t-shirt and throwing on a nice handbag I totally transitioned this day outfit to a  night look. Now I am ready for dinner with my friends or date night with a lucky guy. Remember the key is to find something easy and versatile so that you do not feel uncomfortable wearing it all day long.

This suit is yet another find from, you guest it, Target. I am telling you they just always get it right with affordable fashion. Honestly, I really hate given them so much praise because they are not paying me for it LOL. The suit runs true to size so my pants are a large and so is my jacket. The material feels like linen but it is not itchy as some linen . Christian Louboutin So Kate’s are my favorite pumps so I wear them very often. I don’t really care that they are designer pumps, I just think the cut of them are super sexy. I kept my accessories at a minimum by adding only a handbag and a pair of sunnies. I really love the way the day and night look came together. What do you think? Till next post ttyl…
